Thurston Thrives Advisory Council

About the Advisory Council

The Thurston Thrives Advisory Council was a 13-member citizen advisory group that worked with the Thurston County Board of Health in 2013-2014 to develop an action agenda addressing key factors that impact community health - health behaviors, the physical and built environment, social and economic factors, and health services. The Advisory Council, along with the nine initial action teams, crafted a strategic action agenda, with measurable outcomes policy makers and other partners can use to guide efforts to improve community health in Thurston County.
