In response to Governor Inslee's Stay Home, Stay Healthy Order and Safe Start Plan, Thurston County continues to operate under
an essential services model.  This is in effect until Thurston County enters Phase 3 of the Safe Start Plan.

Hearing Examiner Appeal Forms

Important things to know:

  • Deadlines: Any request for Reconsideration or Appeal must be received by the Building Development Center on the second floor of Building #1 in the Thurston County Courthouse Complex no later than 4:00 p.m. per the requirements specified.  Postmarks are not acceptable and electronic submittals will not be accepted.  If your appeal fee and completed appeal form is not timely filed, you will be unable to request Reconsideration or Appeal of a determination.  The deadline will not be extended.
